Winnings from successfully settled sports bets are credited to the Player's 777zk wallet within a reasonable time following the conclusion of the relevant event. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 777zk's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
777zk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, and factors outside 777zk's control may result in temporary unavailability. 777zk will not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability where it has acted reasonably to restore services.
777zk collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
